Bio

Josie D. Wong holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Antioch University and writes literary fiction and essays about ambition, power, and the beautifully messy contradictions of human nature. Her essay Preloved and Gently Used appeared in The World of Interiors as a runner-up in the magazine’s 2025 writing competition.

She is currently working on a novel about a brilliant and morally bankrupt development executive navigating the entertainment industry. By day, Josie works as a marketing executive with nearly 25 years of global experience, an occupation that provides endless inspiration for the kinds of flawed characters she loves to write.

When she’s not writing, she can usually be found weaving (literally), playing word games with her husband and daughter, or quietly observing the strange theater of everyday life.
